From first-time home buyers (a favorite) to young professionals, families, empty nesters, flippers, coop/condo buyers and renters, Scott brings a breadth of experience to the complex and often emotional process of finding or selling a home.

Scott is a lifelong resident of Westchester & Fairfield Counties and shares his in-depth knowledge of each town and village in the surrounding areas including Putnam County and the Bronx to share with his clients including town highlights, special events, arts, culture, restaurants and much more.

An investor in real estate himself, Scott has significant knowledge of the entire process, including negotiating strategies and as well as expertise and resources regarding the inner workings of any property with which he is involved, from a buying, selling or renting perspective.

Scott received a BBA from Iona College, Hagan School of Business in New Rochelle, NY in 2001.
